Comments on this will be very much appreciated as i don't want to start colouring just yet and i'll be taking onboard any advice and comments given!

The theme is obviously love of some kind, whether she's fantasising him or he's from a past relationship or they're apart somehow. Sooo yes! Enjoy. :)

That's really beautiful.. If you paint it right that'd definitely be a good folio piece, or redrew on a larger format and build it up with other ideas, refine it and paint it well, it could end up being a great showpiece.
Find some reference for male legs though, his leg looks very femine, like he dancer's leg. That's the only thing that's odd about it. Other than that, it's brilliant and it's good to see you coming back to form.


...Maybe they're apart AND fantasising about each other at the same time.

awww... that's so adorable! I think you should definitely color it, but I think it's up to the viewers about how they interpret it, whether or not he's a fantasy or a past relationship or actually there or in a dream or something.
